The Missing 13th Amendment  [Outside Page Link]

The TONA research team has been researching the original missing U.S. Constitution 13th Article of Amendment referred to as the "Title of Nobility Amendment."  The TONA team web domain provides us with documentation and other interesting facts on the U.S. Constitution.  The archival research is an ongoing effort.

   The Code for the State of Virginia 

Here are photographs of the March 12, 1819 Code for the State of Virginia showing that Virginia and the other States of the Union recognized the Title of Nobility Amendment as being the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
